What time is the check-in?
Check-in is done after 4.00 pm. If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage in the reception area with a member of staff.
I am arriving before check-in time, what should I do?
Early check-in service is subject to availability and an additional fee equal to 50% of your suite rate. Another option would be to leave your bags with us at the front desk until check-in time.
Can I bring my dog?
Dogs and cats are welcome as long as they small dogs. We allow a maximum of two dogs per suite. Subject to a cleaning surcharge.
Can I change my booking?
Changes in bookings are subject to availability. If your flight date was changed or if you picked the wrong suite, please contact us 24 hours before your expected date of arrival and we will see what we can do. Unfortunately, we cannot change your suite once other guests have already occupied the other suites.
I have been trying to book a suite at the hotel, but with no success. Can you accommodate me?
We always encourage guests to book ahead of time because our seven suites sought-after and therefore get booked quickly. If you wish to experience ROSA ET AL Townhouse, you can still book one of our pied-à-terre downtown apartments (Batalha Modern Loft or Laranjeira Duplex) where you can enjoy many luxuries like the in-room spa. You can still come over to the townhouse to try our famous brunch, drink wine in the garden, shop at our concept store, check out the exhibitions or read a book from our library under the skylight. Our staff will take good care of you.
I booked an off-the-premisses apartment, how's the check-in?
A week before your arrival, we will send you all information related to your check-in, stay and check-out. At our pied-à-terre Laranjeira Duplex, we have self-check-in using a keypad. At our Batalha Contemporary Loft, the keys will be left for you inside (if any of the buildings gates are closed, call us and we will send in the keys for you).
How do I get to the hotel?
We are located in Rua do Rosário 233, 4050-524 Porto. You can take a taxi, an Uber or we use our private transfer. If you wish to use public transportation, see the information below:

Are you far from the city center?
Good news! We are located in the calm part of the city center in a charming and artistic neighborhood where you will be short minutes away from the historic center and the most important monuments.
Where do I park?
If you wish to park in ROSA ET AL Townhouse private parking, let the front desk know and they will help you. Parking is subject to availability and a surcharge. Street parking is paid.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you are booking through our website www.rosaetal.com, you can cancel your booking five days before your expected arrival and we will issue a refund. Cancellation after that period will not be refunded. For booking made through other reservation websites, please read their cancellation policy.
When will my credit card be charged?
Payments are processed within 48 hours of your booking.
We are traveling with our kids, should we book two suites?
If you are traveling with infants two years old or younger, we can provide you with bedside baby cot. Some of our suites allow an additional single bed. Please read the suites’ specifications.
Can you pick us up from the airport?
Yes, we have our own private transport.

Can I rent a bike? 
Yes! We have bikes available on a first-come-first-serve basis. The rental is for a 24 hours period and is subject to a surcharge and a liability agreement.
Is there a laundry service? 
Yes. We have laundry service every day. You just need to fill the laundry request form found in your wardrobe.
What does breakfast include? 
If you chose to included breakfast in your booking, it will have a hot and a cold drink as well as 3 courses of your choice. We have vegan vegetarian and gluten-free options.
When is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served in the ground floor dining room or in the garden every day from 8.00 am – 12.00 pm.
Can I order room service?
Of course! All menus can be found in your suite. Drinks are available 24/7.
Can I leave my bags?
We can keep your bags for you at no additional cost for up to 24 hours.
Can we use the garden? 
Yes, you can enjoy the garden by having a drink there, reading a book or soaking up the sun. The garden is open from 8.00 am until 11.00 pm.
There is a guitar in the brunch room, can I use it?
Feel free to play the guitar or take it up to your suite.
Is the decor for sale? 
Many items at ROA ET AL Townhouse are available for sale. If you wish to buy anything you see, please talk to the front desk.
I am interested in doing a private tour, what do you recommend?
Luckily, we have our own tailor-made tours including the architecture and the shopping tours. If you wish to do a specific tour, talk to the front desk.
When can I check-out?
Check-out is done between 12.00 pm and 2.00 pm. If you wish to check out later, please let us know the day before to confirm availability. If you wish to check out before 9.00 am, we express check-out is available.
I lost the keys, what should I do now?
If you lost your keys to the suite or the keys to the pied-à-terre Batalha Loft, please let the front desk know as soon as possible to get a replacement. Lost keys will incur a surcharge.

I forgot a few of my personal items at my suite, what can I do now?
If we find any of your belongings in the suite or elsewhere, we will try to contact you to be able to ship them to your home address (shipping cost are paid by the client).
I am leaving Porto, what city should I visit next?
If you need a recommendation on road trips, what to do and see around Porto, let us know in person or by contacting us and we will be happy to help you create a route tailored to your interests. It does not matter if you love history and want to visit Lisbon, or if you are a wine enthusiast and want recommendations on local wine producers to visit in the Douro region, we got you covered.
I need my invoice changed to my company’s name. Is this possible?
It is possible. If you need a new invoice issued or if you need to make any alteration in your invoice (name, address or tax number), contact us and we will be happy to help.
